Abeingo Association Canada is stepping boldly into a new chapter with the launch of its 2026–2029 Strategic Plan — a roadmap designed to strengthen our community, expand our impact, and build generational prosperity for members across Canada.

Rooted in our values of Trust, Inclusiveness, Respect, Excellence, Adaptability, and Community Stewardship, this plan outlines four strategic pillars that will guide our work over the next three years:

1. Membership & Human Capital Development

Empowering members through skills development, mentorship, leadership pathways, and digital resources that strengthen socio‑economic resilience.

2. Grants & Programs for Marginalized Black Communities

Positioning Abeingo as a competitive, trusted organization capable of securing and delivering high‑impact programs that uplift Black communities across Canada.

3. Seniors’ Programs & Support

Creating culturally grounded initiatives that enhance dignity, health, social connection, and long‑term security for seniors.

4. Youth Engagement & Leadership

Investing in the next generation through mentorship, digital skills training, innovation funding, and leadership development.

Each pillar includes clear annual milestones and will be supported by dedicated Taskforces responsible for implementation, accountability, and progress reporting.
